Atlanta Athletic Club is Hiring a Pilates Instructor Near Johns Creek, GA
- Use Mind Body software to monitor classes and communicate with members
- Collaborate with the management team to promote the Pilates program and drive client engagement
- Design and lead Pilates classes for clients of all levels (classes have maximum of 4 participants)
- Coordinate and instruct one on one private, duets and small groups with excellence
- Provide individualized attention and guidance to members to help them improve their Pilates practice
- 200-500 hour Certification in Pilates instruction (e.g., Balanced Body, STOTT Pilates, Polestar Pilates)
- Three years' experience as a Pilates instructor, with expertise in teaching equipment-based Pilates classes
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients and team members
- Proficient knowledge of anatomy, movement mechanics, and exercise physiology
- Paid time off (PTO)
